7 cups brown rice
14 cups filtered water
1tbs sea salt
Bring to boil, cover & simmer 45 minutes
1 lb. 12 bean soup mix
rinse & soak at least 4 hours
if desired, add 1 tsp baking soda to reduce possibility of gas
Rinse and add water to 1” above beans
Simmer approximately three hours or until tender,
adding water as needed.
2lbs pearl barley
8 cups water
bring to boil and simmer 1 hour
1 lb. steel cut oats
Cover in water
Bring to boil, simmer approx 20 minutes
Put all ingredients in lg. container
2 lbs. Grated organic carrots
2 lg. yams grated
Put in grain mixture while it is hot to partially cook it
Chop (I use food processor)
Broccoli, cauliflower, kale, chard, mustard greens, etc.
To this add 1 lb. raw meat
2 Tbls. olive oil
3 cups top of the line kibble
This is a lot of food. It can be frozen in weekly packets.
Feed according to dog’s size: approx 2c per day for 50lb dog

2 cups nutritional yeast
1-cup lecithin granules
1/4 cup bone meal (high quality)
1/4 cup kelp powder
Store in Mason jar, refrigerated
Add to food 1 Tbls. per day
recipe is wheat free (the number one allergen in food!) and full of healthy
ingredients your English Bulldog will enjoy! You can use organics for an even
healthier recipe. The meat can be beef or lamb or even fish (not farm raised).
It requires a large bowl and several sauce pans. I suggest starting with the
beans, then the rice, then barley and oats. You could eat it too!
